Graham joined ITM Power as CEO in 2009. Before that Graham was Business Development Manager in National Power plc and spent 11 years in the power industry developing energy storage and generation technologies.
Before joining ITM Power Graham was CEO of Sensortec Ltd, founding CEO of Metalysis Ltd, a spin out of Cambridge University and founding CEO of Antenova Ltd.
Simon joined ITM in 2002 as a Technical Manager and has been one of the leading scientists involved in the development of ITM's suite of patented membrane materials.
Before joining ITM Simon was a project engineer with Sonatest Plc and a researcher with the Ministry of Defence.
Simon has a BSc Hons in Materials Science from UMIST and a PhD from Cranfield University.
Barry joined ITM on 2 February 2010 as Chief Financial Officer.
Before joining Barry was the Group Finance Director for the metals group Sogepar and completed several assignments in the cleantech sector as a consultant.
Barry spent six years in engineering and manufacturing with Kvaerner Plc and Insituform Technologies Inc. before joining the Sogepar Group.
Barry gained a degree in Accounting and Management from Sheffield City Polytechnic before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.
Roger Putnam is a former Chairman of Ford of Britain, ex-President of the Society of Motor Manufacturers & Traders and a member of the Government's Energy Review Partnership and Automotive Innovation and Growth Team.
The Partnership will report to the Chancellor on the country's future energy strategy and the AIGT to the Prime Minister on alternative fuels and transport.
Other directorships include: Trustee of Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust, and Chairman of DBERR's Retail Motor Strategy Group.
He is also a visiting professor of Automotive Studies at the City of London University. He was made CBE in 2007.
Roger's distinguished career in the automotive industry began at Lotus Plc. In 1982 he joined Jaguar Cars Ltd as director, marketing and UK sales operations.
In 1985 Roger was appointed to the board of Jaguar as Director, Sales and Marketing, a role he retained until he was appointed Chairman of Ford of Britain in 2002.
Peter joined the board of ITM in February 2004 as a Non-Executive Director.
After qualifying as a chartered accountant he was employed by KPMG, Unisys and Whitbread and Company Limited.
In 1981 he founded the national investment brokerage Hargreaves Lansdown Plc where he remains an Executive Director.
Lord Freeman is a member of the House of Lords and is currently Chairman of Thales Holdings (UK) Plc and a Non-Executive Director of Thales S.A.; Chairman of the Advisory Board of PricewaterhouseCoopers (UK) and a consultant to RP&C International.
During a distinguished political career, Lord Freeman was the Conservative MP for Kettering from 1983 to 1997 and served as the Parliamentary Secretary for the Departments of Health and Armed Forces and as Minister of State for Public Transport and Defence Procurement. He concluded his political career as a Cabinet Minister in the government of John Major, having also served as Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party. He became a Life Peer in 1997.
Lord Freeman is a graduate of Balliol College and a Chartered Accountant. He was a Partner and Managing Director with Lehman Brothers in New York and London, specializing in cross border mergers and acquisitions.
